The call centre operators were now focused on closing the warm leads instead of calling people from a database and finding whether there was any possibility of selling to them.
We were ourselves astounded when we saw the results. Cost/Sale reduced to one third of the original amount and there were hardly any complaints as the call centre operators were talking to people who had made an enquiry for the product as against pushing the product to any one on the database.
